This country retreat is ideally placed on a private, 300-acre estate in the middle of a national forest, complete with miles of walking and riding trails. The beautiful logs on either side of the house were hand-hewn and imported from middle America, while the floors were laid with reclaimed timbers from cotton mills and heart pine wood that is over 100 years old.

The home has a 32-foot ceiling in the open great room, with white pine hand-hewn beams that required 8 men to install each one. Outside, you'll find a treated cedar shake roof, custom stone chimneys, stone porches, and 20 feet of Marvin arched windows on the front of the great room. Inside, comfort and security abound, with custom cabinetry, rounded showers, a wine cellar, and smart home security features, including real time cameras accessible from anywhere.
